Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 U.K.

133 U.K. In section 91(3B) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (interpretation)—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
