a

in paragraph (a), for “a universal service provider in connection with the provision of a universal postal service” substitute “ a postal operator in connection with the provision of postal services ”,

in paragraph (b), for “such a provider in the provision of such a service” substitute “ a postal operator in connection with the provision of postal services ”,

c

in paragraph (c), for “such a provider in connection with the provision of such a service” substitute “ a postal operator in connection with the provision of postal services ”, and

d
