In section 4(1)(f) of the Congested Districts (Scotland) Act 1897 (application of money at disposal of Commissioners), for the words from “within the power” to “to grant under guarantee” substitute “ within the power of a Post Office company (within the meaning of Part 1 of the Postal Services Act 2011) to grant under guarantee ”.
