In section 2(2)(e) of the Execution of Diligence (Scotland) Act 1926 (execution of arrestment or charge by registered letter in certain cases)—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ the Postal Services Act 2000 ”.
