In section 80(1) of the New Towns Act 1981 (general interpretation provisions), in the definition of “universal postal service provider”—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
