Immigration: temporary admission

(1)

Civil legal services provided in relation to temporary admission to the United Kingdom under—

(a)

paragraph 21 of Schedule 2 to the Immigration Act 1971;

(b)

section 62 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.

(2)Exclusions

Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the exclusions in Parts 2 and 3 of this Schedule.
