Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44) E+W

14 (1) Section 196 (meaning of “relevant order” in Chapter 4) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”;

(b) omit paragraph (b);

(c) omit paragraph (d) and the word “or” preceding it.

(3) Omit subsection (2).
