13 E+W In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (social services functions for the purposes of the Act), at the end insert—

“Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012
Section 92	Functions in relation to a child remanded to local authority accommodation.”
