37 E+W In section 38(4)(d) (definition of “youth justice services”: placements pursuant to remands to local authority accommodation), for the words from “or committed” to “1969 Act”)” substitute “ to such accommodation under section 91(3) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 ”.
