3 (1) Section 219 (dangerous offenders aged 18 or over) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For subsection (2) substitute—

“(2) Section 225(2) of the 2003 Act applies in relation to the offender.”

(3) In subsection (3), omit “and (3A)”.
