SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Schedule 1 to the 1998 Act

Reference to “local authority areas” U.K.

10 (1) In paragraph 12 (the constituency rules), rule 1 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph (1), for “local authority areas” substitute “ the local government areas having effect from time to time under section 1 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.

(3) Omit paragraph (2).
