Powers to amend U.K.

16 U.K. In section 200 (power to amend by Treasury order), the existing provision becomes subsection (1) and after that subsection insert—

“(2) An order under this section may—

(a) make different provision for different cases or purposes, or

(b) include such transitional provision as the Treasury consider appropriate.”
