Aviation Security Act 1982 (c. 36) U.K.

17 (1) Section 21G (duty to report certain occurrences) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) after “to him” insert “ or the CAA ”.

(3) In subsection (2) after “consult” insert “—

(a) the CAA, and

(b)”.
