3U.K.If the notice given to a person under paragraph 2(1)(b) states that the person is to be the chief executive of the CAA, the person becomes the chief executive of the CAA on the commencement day as if appointed in accordance with section 2 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 as amended by section 95 of this Act.
