Section 392 (application of sections 393 and 394) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (a), for “345(2) (whether as a result of subsection (1) of that section” substitute “ 345B(1) (whether as a result of section 345(2), 345A(3) ”.

In paragraph (b), for “345(3) (whether as a result of subsection (1) of that section” substitute “ 345B(4) (whether as a result of section 345(2), 345A(3) ”.
