PART 1 U.K. Amendments of FSMA 2000

3 (1) Section 36 (persons authorised as a result of being concerned in collective investment schemes) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “Authority” substitute “ FCA ”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “Part IV permission” substitute “ Part 4A permission ”.
