In section 27A of the Fire Services Act 1947 (information in connection with firemen's pensions etc.) (as that section continues to have effect by virtue of the Firefighters' Pension Scheme (England and Scotland) Order 2004 and the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Firefighters' Pension Scheme) (Wales) Order 2004), in subsection (2)(a), for “section 150” substitute “ section 138D ”.
