The Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 is amended as follows.

In section 10 (additional benefits from voluntary contributions), in subsection (8), in the definitions of “authorised provider” and “insurer”, for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.

In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (transfer of accrued benefits: interpretation), in paragraph 1, in the definition of “authorised insurer”, for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.
