Schedule 10 contains amendments of Part 15 of FSMA 2000 (the Financial Services Compensation Scheme).

In section 224F(1) of that Act (power to require FSCS manager to act in relation to other schemes: rules about the schemes), for “Authority” substitute “ regulators ”.
