SCHEDULE 2 E+W+S Universal credit: amendments

17 E+W+S In section 124 (age, death and marriage), in subsection (1)—

(a) in paragraph (ac), the final “and” is repealed;

(b) after that paragraph there is inserted—

“(ad) of the provisions of Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012;”.
