(a)before paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(za)for personal independence payment by virtue of section 82 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012; or”;
(b)paragraph (b) and the “or” preceding it is repealed.
(3)In subsection (4), after paragraph (ac) there is inserted—
“(ad)personal independence payment.”
