125Unauthorised disclosure of information relating to tax credit offences
In Schedule 4 to the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (persons employed in social security administration or adjudication), in paragraph 1 of Part 2, after “security,” there is inserted “
to the investigation or prosecution of offences relating to tax credits,
”
