(2) In paragraph (5)(1)(f), omit “Primary Care Trusts,”.

(3) In paragraph 6—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1) —

(i) omit “Strategic Health Authority,” and

(ii) omit “, Primary Care Trust”, and

(b) in sub-paragraph (2) —
