(3)In subsections (1)(b), (c) and (e), (3)(a) and (b)(ii) and (iii) and (4), for “the Primary Care Trust”, in each place it appears, substitute “the Board”.
(4)In subsection (6), for “a Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”.
