141 E+W In section 1, in subsection (3)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the National Health Service Commissioning Board,

(ab) a clinical commissioning group,”,

(b) omit paragraph (b),

(c) omit paragraph (c), and

(d) in paragraph (d) for “(b) or (c)” substitute “(aa) or (ab)”.
