53 E+W In section 47 (local authority's duty to investigate), in subsection (11)—

(a) after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) the National Health Service Commissioning Board;”, and”

(b) in paragraph (d)—

(i) after “any” insert “clinical commissioning group,”, and

(ii) omit “, Primary Care Trust”.
