88 E+W In section 41 (the Youth Justice Board), in subsection (10)—

(a) after “provider of probation services,” insert “a clinical commissioning group,”,

(b) for “, a Strategic Health Authority,” substitute “and”, and

(c) omit “and a Primary Care Trust”.
