298Advice or assistance to public authorities in the Isle of Man or Channel IslandsE+W
(1)[F1NHS England] or [F2an integrated care board] may provide advice or assistance to any public authority in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
(2)Advice or assistance under subsection (1) may be provided on such terms, including terms as to payment, as [F1NHS England] or (as the case may be) the [F3integrated care board] considers appropriate.
