CHAPTER 1 E+W Monitor

61 Monitor E+W

(1) The body corporate known as the Independent Regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts—

(a) is to continue to exist, and

(b) is to be known as Monitor.

(2) Schedule 8 (which makes further provision about Monitor) has effect.
