Delegation of functions E+W+N.I.

6 E+W+N.I. DBS may, to such extent as it may decide, delegate any of its functions to—

(a) any of its appointed members,

(b) a member of its staff,

(c) a committee consisting of any of its appointed members, members of its staff or both appointed members and members of staff.
