Equality Act 2006 (c. 3) E+W+S

6 E+W+S In paragraph 14(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Equality Act 2006 (disregarding notice of the Commission for Equality and Human Rights where it requires the disclosure of sensitive information)—

(a) for “paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Intelligence Services Act 1994 (c. 13)” substitute “ paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to the Justice and Security Act 2013 ”, and

(b) after “Committee” insert “ of Parliament ”.
