(1)
Section 59 (orders for periodical payment: means of payment) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1) (duty to exercise powers under subsection (3))—
(a)
omit the words from “then” preceding paragraph (a) to “maintenance order,” in paragraph (b), and
(b)
for “that subsection” substitute “
subsection (3) below
”
.
(3)
Omit subsections (2), (3)(cc), (3A), (5), (7) to (12) (maintenance orders).
(4)
In subsection (3) omit paragraphs (c) to (d).
