40U.K.The amendments made to any other Act by section 55 or this Schedule do not prevent sections 1(4), 3(5), 7(5) and 11(4) of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 from applying to the amended Act (including those provisions of that Act as amended by section 55 or this Schedule).
