Power to provide for provisions to extend to Northern Ireland U.K.

2 U.K.The Secretary of State may, by order, provide for any of the following to extend to Northern Ireland—

(a) any relevant NCA provision;

(b) any provision in respect of which an order has been made under paragraph 1(2).
