Section 51A of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (application of Part 1 to police) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2)

In subsection (2)(b), for “Serious Organised Crime Agency to serve as a member of its staff” substitute “ National Crime Agency to serve as a National Crime Agency officer ”.

(3)

In subsection (2E), for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f)

paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Crime and Courts Act 2013;”.
