41 U.K. In section 83(1) of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (certificated bailiffs) as having effect until its repeal by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 for the words from “signed—” to the end substitute “ signed by a judge of the county court. ”
