64 U.K. In the Chancel Repairs Act 1932—

(a) in section 3(1)—

(i) omit “for the district in which the chancel is situate”, and

(ii) for “a county court” substitute “ the county court ”,

(b) in section 3(3)—

(i) for “a judge of county courts” substitute “ the county court ”, and

(ii) for “the judge” substitute “ the court ”, and

(c) in section 4(1) for “county court rules” substitute “ rules of court ”.
