Crown Proceedings Act 1947 (c. 44) U.K.

20 U.K. In the Crown Proceedings Act 1947—

(a) for “a county court”, in each place except section 53(3)(a), substitute “ the county court ”, and

(b) in sections 24(3) and 27(2) for “county courts” substitute “ the county court ”.
