Amendment of references to “a county court”U.K.

52(1)In the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (2) (but subject to any specific amendments made by or under this Act)—U.K.

(a)for “A county court”, in each place, substitute “ The county court ”, and

(b)for “a county court”, in each place, substitute “ the county court ”.

(2)The provisions are—
