SCHEDULE 19 E+W+S Adjudicators: minor and consequential amendments

30 E+W In section 337 (rights of occupation of bankrupt), in subsection (1)—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “adjudged” substitute “ made ”, and

(b) in paragraph (b) before “bankruptcy petition” insert “ bankruptcy application was made or (as the case may be) the ”.
