4(1)A person who has been appointed to membership of the CMA panel may be re-appointed to membership of the CMA panel only for the purpose of continuing to act as a member of a group constituted under paragraph 36 before the expiry of his or her term of office.U.K.
(2)Subject to sub-paragraph (1), a person's previous appointment under paragraph 1 does not affect eligibility for a subsequent appointment under that paragraph.
