Part 3 U.K.

116 (1) Section 76 (supplementary interim order-making power) is amended as follows U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) in paragraph (a), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsections (2), (3), (4) and (7), for “OFT or (as the case may be) the Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”.
