Section 59 (interpretation of Part 1) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

a

after the definition of “the Chapter II prohibition” insert—

“the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;

b

omit the definition of “the OFT”.

In subsection (4), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”.
