49 (1) Section 41 (investigatory powers of Director) is amended as follows. S

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “Director” substitute “ CMA ”, and

(b) in paragraphs (a) and (b), for “him” in each place substitute “ the CMA ”.

(3) In the heading, for “Director” substitute “ CMA ”.
