There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, Paragraph 11.
11U.K.In section 89 (reports), at the end there is inserted—
“(4)Before making a report under this section which relates to a public service pension scheme, the Regulator must notify the scheme manager.”
