Exclusion of payments under other legislation: Northern Ireland U.K.

6 U.K.In section 2(3) of the Mesothelioma, etc., Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (c. 9) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) a payment under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (for the scheme, see the Mesothelioma Act 2014);”.
