SCHEDULE 11 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

PART 1 U.K. Amendments relating to Parts 1 to 6

Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 30) U.K.

31 (1) Section 50 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (power of constable to require person acting in an anti-social manner to give name and address) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) the words “(within the meaning of section 1 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37) (anti-social behaviour orders)” are omitted.

(3) After that subsection there is inserted—

“(1A) In subsection (1) “anti-social behaviour” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (ignoring subsection (2) of that section).”
