Protection of Children and Prevention of Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 9) U.K.

78 (1) Section 7 of the Protection of Children and Prevention of Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2005 (offence: breach of RSHO or interim RSHO) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In the heading, after “interim RSHO” there is inserted “ etc ”.

(3) In subsection (2), after “an order made under” there is inserted “ section 122A or 122E or ”.
