SCHEDULE 6 E+W+N.I. Amendments of Part 2A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003

5 (1) Section 136C (contents and service of closure notice) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) In subsection (1)(c), after “section 136B” there is inserted “ or 136BA ”.

(3) In subsection (3)(d), after “section 136B(7)(b)” there is inserted “ or 136BA(6)(b) ”.
