F1 6 U.K. An examining officer, other than a constable, exercising a power under paragraph [F2 2] [F2 2 or 3] has the same powers of arrest without warrant as a constable in relation to an offence under—

(a) paragraph 5, or

(b) section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010.
